At Gupchandan, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since delivery is handled by third-party logistics partners, issues may occasionally occur. To help us resolve concerns quickly, an unboxing video is mandatory, and any complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

If the package appears tampered or damaged:

Refuse the delivery.

How to Record Your Unboxing Video
Ensure the area is well-lit and the camera is steady.
Start by showing the shipping label clearly.
Record all sides of the package.
Open the parcel on video without pausing or cutting.
Display all the contents one by one.
If something is damaged, missing, or incorrect, show it clearly in the video.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment mode.
Discount codes/vouchers used in the order will be considered consumed once the order is cancelled.

Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on the Gupchandan Website.
Do Not Accept Tampered Packages
If the parcel appears tampered, please refuse delivery.
Accepting a tampered package makes it ineligible for any return or replacement.

Refunds are applicable if:
The order does not get delivered within 30 days of placing it.
Your delivery pincode is not serviceable.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after initiation.
Shipping Policy

Tracking details are provided once the order is shipped.
Deliveries are handled by third-party logistics partners.
A handling charge applies to all orders.
COD payments (if applicable) are collected by courier partners on behalf of Gupchandan.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where:

Delivery Terms
Please ensure your address, landmark, and contact details are accurate.
Orders are delivered using an OTP-based secure delivery system.
Do not share the OTP unless the courier is physically present with your package.
The courier partner will attempt delivery three times within 48–72 hours.
After three failed attempts, the order may be cancelled and returned.
Shipping charges may be deducted during refund processing in such cases.
Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup availability depends on pincode serviceability.
If reverse pickup is not supported in your area, you may need to self-ship the product using a reliable courier.
